When is Getting More Still Less?

After the 40% cut for the NY area in Homeland Security Funds, any extra money we get is just playing catch-up.
DHS is increasing Port Security funding from 6.6 million dollars to $25 million.
That's great.
But it still doesn't make up for what was lost.
There is another problem according to ABC7, "The money is designed to help ports guard against attacks by land or sea but it's not designed to pay for cargo screening or container inspections."
Cargo screening and container inspections are still too few. We need funding for that.
So before King goes on a victory lap, he still has to answer for the millions that are still lost.

Once again, you blame King when things go wrong, and don't give him credit when things go right. How do expect to have any credibility when you criticize everything. Kerry tried that with Bush and you see where that got him.

King is doing a half-assed job.
He claims to "have a seat at the homeland security table" but has been left at the kiddie table.

I know you Mejias guys always like to brag when the King-Mejias race is in the top tier of house race rankings. So I figured I would show you the latest National Journal rankings. King-Mejias no where to be found.

It is King who has lost all creditability. Do you really expect to come to this website and hear positive comments about King? If you are a King supporter, leave your comments that actually support his actions instead of knocking those who don't support him. Could it be that you have no defense of King's abysmal record and can only manage to attack his detractors?
